Many Gig Economy customers already know which gig they want when they come to us, but others come looking for suggestions and it's always a pleasure to discuss a project and fill in historical details about the boats and their exploits before the choice is made. Early discussions also create space for conversation about customisation – since every boat is decorated to order, we're always happy to customise frame stains and backgrounds to complement – and, where necessary, to match – the decorative scheme of the room where the finished model will be displayed. 

Once the details are settled, we like to keep our customers updated on all the details of the build, sending regular photos documenting the painting and fit out process at every step. 

From order to shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on the busyness of the workshop. Each year we build 10 hulls, but if you miss out on our current stock you can always put your name down on our waiting list for the following year!
